  • Prepare a virtual tour of your property, link the tour to a variety of websites, and email the tour to Susie's buyer database.
  • Where permitted, Susie will place a “For Sale” yard sign, and install In-Room marketing in all short-term rental properties.
  • Create a full-color, multi-photo flyer specifically for your property and provide the flyer to each showing broker and potential buyers.
  • Obtain a rental history (if applicable) to assist brokers and buyers with rental questions.
